DUE DATE FOR WATER BILLS - Payment must be received by the 15th of the month which follows the billing. If mailing payment, the POSTMARK date is not considered to be when the payment is received. Please allow additional time for mailing since we are not responsible for USPS delivery times/issues.

DELINQUENCY CHARGES - a $10 late fee is assessed if payment is received after the 15th.

AUTO PAY BY BANK DRAFT - to sign up or make changes call our office at 660-663-3225. No fees will apply to this method of payment.

AUTO PAY BY RECURRING DEBIT/CREDIT CARD - sign up or changes may be done via the portal or by calling our office 660-663-3225. Please Note: All credit/debit card transactions will incur a fee of the greater of $1.75 or 2.5%.
